What Dave said is so true. Having been involved in this from the exec level at a company, the data is so valuable but stays with the company. Anybody in the work force should try this out, such valuable feedback that stays with you and not your company.

Loving the Teal Workstyle 360! This tool has been (and still is) a game-changer for me. Career pivot: Found my blindspots several months ago with an earlier version of the tool, and worked on them. As of my last assessment, last month, I am now aligned with my new career goals. Reconnecting with former co-workers: I have used the tool as "an excuse" in reconnecting with former co-workers but asking them to be active participants in my career change. Got one unsolicited review on my LinkedIn! During the interview process: the results are easy to put into a given context during this interview process. The sequencing start/finish is my favorite one to use when walking someone through one of my projects. Personal life: Getting the friends' perspective has been eye-opening and led to fun conversations. It is simple to take, the UI is amazing, and the results are presented in a simple and relatable way.
