Work Styles 360 by Teal - 360 personality test to grow your career

It's been interesting. Some similar some a bit far apart. Also depending on who did it. The results from my boss are a fair bit different from colleagues.

Since this uses really sensitive information, any word about privacy? Where can I find your privacy policy? Right now this does not seem to be usable in Europe.

Such a great tool! Love that there's the awesome for 360 feedback from peers as I think self awareness can potentially big a big downside for these type of tests. Love that you can take it more than once - after all people grow and change over time.
