Hi everyone. I have spent more than 10 years in performance marketing for major brands, often managing millions in ad spend where every decision had to be justified with real impact, not just surface level metrics. Alongside that I ran a conversational cycling podcast with a few thousand listeners per episode for about 5 years.
From both sides I kept running into the same frustrating gap. It was incredibly hard to measure what podcast ads or creator campaigns were actually doing. Not vanity metrics, but real impact.
The surprising part was how many teams I have heard from, were still stitching things together in spreadsheets. Even at a decent scale there was no clean way to see what was working.
That is why I built Castlytics.app
It tracks campaign performance across four signals. Unique links (you can even create vanity links if you like), discount codes, on site behaviour and audience engagement. When you combine them you get a much clearer view of what is actually driving results.
Everything lives in a simple and shareable dashboard where you can set up campaigns from scratch, monitor performance and report back without the usual mess.
If you are working with podcasts or creators I would genuinely love to hear how you are tracking things today and whether this solves it for you.

@niels_schnadt Nice idea. Tracking real impact from podcasts is still hard today, this looks very useful. How easy is it to set up the first campaign?

@amraniyasser Super easy really. You can have your first tracking link live in under 2 minutes ... just sign up, create a campaign and you get a short link to give your podcast host or creator.
If you like to give it a crack, I have a free tier that covers up to 3 campaigns, no credit card needed, so you can test it properly.
To get the full picture (vanity path tracking + conversion revenue), you would need to drop a small JavaScript snippet on your site ... one line in your <head>. It takes about 5 minutes and works on any platform (Shopify, WordPress, custom). To make it easy I have added a step-by-step guide built into the onboarding flow.
But honestly, have a play around and just sign up and try it. The tracking link alone already tells you a lot and you will see exactly how it works from inside the dashboard.
