WorkPatterns - The modern manager's toolkit: 1:1s, feedback, & recognition

Has been a game changer for us since going fully remote. Previously we were relying on GDocs for 1:1s which looks, feels, and acts like an archaic system now that we're using WorkPatterns. WP is just a great product; it works, it's fast, it's well designed, and the team acts on feedback. It's been great. Our teams / individuals / managers love it.

This product is awesome! It's much better than the monitor post-it system that I'm used to! I'm curious as to how customizable the 1-1 flow is in the app is. 1-1s with direct reports might be more deliverable focused, whereas 1-1s in middle management may focus on career development, strategy, and other less "checkmarkable" things.

I’ve enjoyed how simple to use this is, especially for building 1:1 habits with the team, which include all the pre-work & follow up processes.

This is a great product, and especially relevant to the current climate of work. Highly recommend!

I used this at my previous employer to replace our 1:1 in Google Docs. I like the simplicity of the product & it helped me stay in sync with my boss.

It's hard to be a great manager and leader without the proper tools and structure. Glad to see what workpatterns is building.
