Congrats team, so much work going into this both from a data and integration side, but more on the User Experience. I have been researching personal and small business CRM or PRM tools for many years and this is unique in many ways. The integration with LinkedIn is spot on pulling in a lot of useful information. Birthdays from Facebook lets me hit those (without spending a lot of time on FB!). I think the best is yet to come with enhanced integrations and features, can't wait to see what is next. I have had multiple conversations with @zmh and appreciate his vision! Good luck!

@zmh Amazing idea! For me, a few HUGE missing pieces: 1) Whatsapp integration 2) Telegram integration 3) Calls made with SIM card on the phone 4) Facetime calls Integrate these, and improve your search (I sent a feedback email about this about 1.5 months ago), and I will forever be your zealot!

Your app was full of bugs last year, and today after trying to use it again, I spent close to 3 hours deleting irrelevant contacts only to find out that only some were removed. The UI is beautiful, but you had a year to get the basics right.

I'm sorry to hear that the contacts that you attempted to remove didn't fully remove – that's certainly not how we intend Clay to work. Love the idea. Have opened an account and connected other accounts. Nothing is showing up though and the search is bringing nothing up also? I presume you are having launch day issues.

I really like the notifications — but I'm unable to merge contacts or add in info that I want. There are too many bugs for it to be practical. I shot out an email a few days ago and haven't gotten a response. I love, love, love the idea, but the execution has just been lacking. I wish there was more of an acknowledgement of this (I texted a friend and he had the same issues) and a timeline for fixes.

@sebcampos Hi Sebastian, thanks for the note. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to merge contacts or add the information that you would like to. Our systems (particularly merging) were running slowly and buggily due to the influx of PH traffic. We made fixing this our primary focus, and have been adding fixes all week. It looks like you currently have a support thread open with Kristen. Would you mind sharing with her the bugs you are seeing? We're working to get this all fixed as quickly as possible. We'd also love to hear more about the information you'd like to add to Clay!
