Super Agents by ClickUp - Tag, message, + manage AI agents across your daily workflows

by
Super Agents are AI teammates you can spin up in seconds to run entire workflows in ClickUp. Anyone can build Super Agents and @mention, assign, direct message, and schedule them to triage, manage, email, code, design, or keep any kind of work moving.

Congrats!! Can I fine tune the agent to match our internal tone, policies or SOPs?

Gaurav

@himani_sah1 Yes absolutely. Infact, if those documents sit in your workspace, super agents will also find that information upon your request.

Treating agents as real coworkers instead of features is the key shift here. The fact that they operate with the same permissions, audit trails, and context as humans makes this feel less like “AI adoption” and more like workflow design. Curious how teams will balance trust, feedback loops, and guardrails as these agents start owning real outcomes.

I looks like it has a lot of sub-agents. According to Gemini, they can use over 500+ skills, such as sending emails, updating task statuses, creating Docs, or messaging teammates in ClickUp Chat.

Badass, most AI is just hype and extra work, but these Super Agents actually put in shifts. They show up in the workspace like a regular teammate, no cap.

I’m out here @-ing them in comments and hitting their DMs like they’re part of the crew. You can straight up assign them tasks and they actually move the project forward instead of just yapping and generating basic text. If you’re tired of glitchy tools and just need an extra set of hands that knows the vibes, get on this.

ClickUp expanding into AI agents makes sense given their workflow focus. How does this integrate with existing ClickUp tasks? Can agents trigger automations?

Rubber ducky agent already helped me snipe two bugs :)
