Exactly! That's a real gap we close! Real practice needs a coach who is patient enough to run with you not once, not twice, but as many times as you want, until you finally get it!
The GitHub connector reads your most recent commits by default but also probes further as needed as your conversation with the coach progresses.

As someone who has received access to executive coaching from work, and paid for coaching on my own, I'm so excited we're making coaching accessible for the masses. I have always been one of those who have preferred learning by watching videos or taking quizzes instead of learning through textbooks, so, this product COMPLETELY CHANGES that, even videos wont feel as interactive as they used to me from now on. All the folks who have done great in life always had a personal coach to get them there, and now, through the Coach, having a coach becomes accessible to everyone.
Loved the graphics, the different worlds and especially the ability to learn about anything easily, personalised to me and my pace.
Question:- when i use my connectors, will it specifically build my course taking context from the skills that i already have (picked from the connector data) and start from the mid-level to take me to being an expert?

On your question: yes. Your connectors are the quickest way to feed data into the context, especially when your starting out. But you're not stuck with what it infers from that context either, as you can self-declare which you believe to be your current expertise level, to which level you wish to get, in how long, and how hard you wish coach to push you.
“Side effect may include domination" 😂. Jokes aside, replacing passive course consumption with actual practice is a really compelling direction.

@owen_carter3 totally! The idea is for learning to be as active as possible, with coaches that push you, roleplays thats push back, multimedia that stimulates, lots of practice, and knowledge checks that make sure the concept has landed.

@lizanne_dsouza @maria_wall_ball @drcreatium Really interesting concept - something that we really think a lot about is the intersection between a coach / creators knowledge and the end user's wants / goals / outcomes - whatever they're looking to achieve.
Curious how the system handles creator / coach IP uploads and how you've decided to build that side of the business to handle that 1 to many quandary.

@dzaitzow when someone uploads their own content (and we allow them to do that), their info is kept confidential and proprietary and not used for training anything. We have a number of enterprise customers who are launching this and that was a key requirement for them. We even allow them to store their data on premise when needed.

@drcreatium okay neat - so closed loop - and do you have both reference data (available on query) AND knowledge that they coach knows intuitively?
ex: reference data - who won the Knicks game last night **
- intuitively - the coach knows to never say "lose" and always reframe in the positive + no query needed.
And I guess are there also guided pathways - ex. I am an enterprise client and I am using this to help onboard my new sales team hires - can this replace an LMS - and guide them through (day 1 - with a video and docs or whatever) but then can also provide a chat interface for them to as follow ups as the coach is trained on all that relevant company IP.
Ex. Sales guy Johnny watched the training but now wants to know about the 401k match and the vesting period - it wasn't covered in detail in the presentation - but I can ask the coach follow ups about it to get more clarity without wasting company time?

@dzaitzow Yes, we have an enterprise business where people can use this for their teams. You can create customized learning for your team vs use something like coursera or udemy which is generic content provided to zillions of people and not customized to your team.

Every learning platform you may have come across so far hands you a catalog. Someone else decided what's worth knowing, packaged it for the average person, and now you're clicking Next through forty slides about a version of the topic that isn't quite the one you wanted.
What actually works is having someone teach YOU. YOUR gaps, YOUR pace, the exact thing YOU'RE stuck on.
So with Creatium Coach you don't browse for a course. You say what you want to get better at and you get a coach that teaches that. It could be negotiating with one specific difficult client, could be the chemistry unit your kid is quietly struggling with. It quizzes you, argues with you, stays on it until you actually get it. Nothing is pre-baked, so there's no "close enough" course to settle for.
The thing I keep noticing is how easily people end up down a rabbit hole. You start with the one thing you needed and then a question leads to another question and you're somewhere you didn't plan to be. That used to be a bug in software. Here it's the best outcome you'd get.
