@lecoupa I noticed https://blinger.io/ does has Whatsapp and Instagram integration. I was comparing between your app and theirs. I am leaning towards your app because of its robust engineering and pricing but the availability of Whatsapp and Instagram integration weighs heavily on my decision. Do you have these two integrations in your roadmap?

Hey @pierregodret, thank you for your question. Globally, we offer the same level of feature. Some of our features are deeper, some of theirs are deeper. It depends on what you're looking. If you're a big company, Intercom is definitely the best solution. If you're an SMB, Crisp would totally fit.

We used Crisp a while back, but it fell off our radar. The 3.0 changes look really nice. We'll have to give it another try!
