Have you had any customers switch from Intercom? The Intercom pricing is getting way too expensive, hence we are looking to switch.

Love the product. Been using the free version and paid versions, but even the free version is quite valuable in the features it offers. My favorite feature by far is the seamless chat to email to chat type conversations.
