Congrats on the launch, @alex_roggero @sofia__bettari @maddi990 @dante_fusi @oleh_kril . The approach for pulling contact info sounds super smart. How do you handle duplicate/outdated data across the databases? Btw, I had to smile seeing your logo - we use the same one for Draftly 😉️

@ashitvora we search if contacts or companies exist in the CRM before creating new ones, and we are able to pull from the CRM existing data and enrich them with new information that we find. We invested many resources on improving our synchronization with the CRM in both directions, integrating with webhooks to keep every data aligned. We are also able to identifies already existing duplicates in the CRM to help keep data cleaned.
