@marclafleur A great question Marc! glad you asked. So we approach this from three angles. One is from the use of the LLM that powers text generation. having its own guardrails helps ensure safe and ethical use. Another is that we don't collect or store PII, so all data is anonymous in our system, so there's no risk of any potential data breach or personal targeting even in a "worse case scenario". Lastly, we keep a lock on which communities we allow. Political communities or communities related to mental health for example are notibly missing from the platform, we have them, but we don't allow message testing there. In the future, we aim to keep misuse as a key focus. In the past, we've done work on misinformation and counter-radicalization, and so we keep those trends and concerns in mind to ensure safe and ethical use as well. So any violations of our ToS will be tracked if anyone uses the tool for those kind of things.
