Great job team, congrats on the launch! Took a look at the website & loving your product manifesto :) Is the idea here that we need to onboard our community to slack and Cycle will pick up/digest the feedback? Or is it an integration with other customer feedback tools? If the latter, with which tools is the integration possible? Thanks!

@charmandro Thank you! Cycle is your product hub. So all your Product job can be done there (capture feedback, collaborate on roadmaps, and communicate your releases). You can capture feedback from Slack, but also get updates on the status and the releases from there. Regarding the feedack sources, we already have Slack, Hubspot, Intercom, Chrome, Zapier, Linear, GitHub & email native integrations. With the chrome integration you can fetch any text from the web. What's more we also have a public API in beta that enables you to integrate with any other platform you'd like.

@charmandro you can do both: install the integration on your Slack community and / or connect Cycle to other tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Email, etc.
