Impressive job team!!! Big fan from day 1. There is no tool that lets you manage feedbacks so easily, bring them all in one place and map them to the right customers and close the feedback loop in time.
It has created so many sales opportunities for us!
@simolemhandez thanks a lot! Closing the loop is indeed where Cycle differentiates the most :-) We see feedback not as a way to figure out what to build but rather as a way to develop product sense and build trust with customers π
I read the comments and see that more than Slack seems to be supported, but are you trying to differentiate yourselves on that basis? Does that govern your market? Because plenty of companies use other messaging platforms like Teams or Symphony.
@lee_fischman Slack is mostly an entry point into Cycle but our goal is really to centralize feedback across all sources (support tools, CRMs, email, etc).
@lee_fischman We are indeed doing the launch around it but you're right, we support many other sources and slack is simply one that drives activation. Cycle is actually a hub where people can gather their feedback from multiple sources and link it to the delivery. Once a feature is shipped, Cycle can automatically close the loop with your customer wherever you collected the feedback from ! This let you seamlessly build customer engagement and build your public changelog :)
Hey a little confused but very intrigued and interested by this product. Does this tool plug into other feedback tools - I understand that feedback comes in one centralized place but where does it come from? What tools are being used to capture customer feedback that then feeds into Cycle? Are they 3rd party or in house tools?
@ashleylivingagile we integrate with functional (role-specific) tools, so that you can get a centralized view of all those sources. Thinks of sources as tools like Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Typeform, etc
And you can get your own feedback via Cycle too (like user interviews for example)!
