we've been using cycle since day 1 here at Contrast :-) we got rid of product board and notion because of it. cycle is easy to use yet flexible. it grows with us as we scale. what i love about the product is that it's well-designed. the team takes a lot of pride in the tiny details.

Love the latest launch! It's crazy how Slack has become a central place through which all information flows thanks to their integrations, but that creates a need to extract key information out of Slack to actually use it. Love how Cycle is doing that workflow, extracting user feedback nested in Slack, and making it actionnable. Can't wait to test it out.

Feedback fatigue Is real! Such a pain to organise. But I don't understand how this tool works exactly. Is it like google forms in slack or? I guess that's my question / feedback. Thanks. Huge pain killer if this works as the marketing describes! 🚀

@sentry_co slack is just one of the sources we support, you can actually send feedback from many sources into Cycle. Once there you can link it to your delivery workflow and get notified in slack (or any other source) whenever the feature has been shipped :) In Slack, you can either use the shortcut, the command, the reactji or even the channel automations to collect the feedback, what suits you best!

@sentry_co Google forms in Slack is a great way to describe it! We made capturing feedback from super fast. But you can also connect other sources like your support tool, your CRM or even Zapier to connect to any kind of feedback form. All of your product feedback, all in one place.
