Start from an existing DB, Excel file, or from scratch and build internal tools, business apps, admin portals, or personal databases in minutes without coding. Enhance with custom JS and PHP, if needed (low-code). Self-hosted, deploy anywhere with ease.
Hi PH!
Founder of DaDaBIK here.
Some background: I started working on Low-code/No-code platforms more than 20 years ago, releasing the very first beta of DaDaBIK in 2001.
It was a tool designed to automatically create a CRUD Web front-end for MySQL databases and it quickly gained popularity. At the time, there were very few tools like it, especially those that could adapt and synchronize to schema changes, mirroring the database itself—a concept that was quite new.
Since that initial beta, over 100 versions have been released. For many years now, DaDaBIK has evolved into a comprehensive, self-hosted, Low-code/No-code development platform.
Thousands of customers, including large corporations and numerous universities, have used DaDaBIK to build their internal tools.
DaDaBIK offers a unique approach to Low-code/No-code, catering to both coders and non-coders:
No-code: Build applications using its no-code approach by simply configuring parameters and using its GUI.
Low-code: If no-code isn't enough and you need more specific logic, you can add your own code. The first good news is that you don’t have to learn a new language; you can use PHP and JavaScript, injecting your code through custom validation functions, hooks, buttons, and more. The second good news is that your custom code resides in a completely separate set of files from the DaDaBIK engine, so your code is untouched during upgrades.
Version 12, the first major release in three years, is an important milestone, bringing a host of new features, including:
🚀 Revamped User Interface
👩💻 AI-Powered App Building: Simply describe your app in plain English and let AI create it. Then refine your app with DaDaBIK.
🔄 Beta Mode for Testing: Test your changes and custom code in Beta Mode, share them with trusted users, and deploy with just one click.
This is why I finally decided it was to launch on PH :)
DaDaBIK has been, and still is, the software project of my life. I’ve crafted it as an artisan would and I involved its community at various levels.
To celebrate our launch on PH, for one week, you can use the "DADAHUNT" coupon code to get a 20% discount on any DaDaBIK license.
I'd love to hear your feedback. Thank you for your support!

I have been a user of Dadabik for many years. Eugenio is a superb, professional software designer and Dadabik if perfect for someone like me who wants to create great things with databases. I don't hesitate to recommend purchasing Dadabik. It's the best there is at what it does.
Using Dadabik now for approx. one year on two Wordpress websites. The software is easy to use out-of-the-box, but also enables custom functions which enables me to create very specific applications, very fast. Furthermore, the support is great!
I have been using Dadabik since 2019.
I come from a no-code background and experience and I have to say that although it may initially come as a complex framework, it is actually very intuitive and simple to install and run in a web server.
I am working in the charity/humanitarian sector and have used it mainly to develop simple but powerful stock and inventory management platforms for humanitarian organizations to simplify and streamline the record and access to humanitarian aid commodities that are being procured and distributed to people in need. Organizations that may not have financial resources to improve their internal systems are very often looking at open source solutions, but it often comes as a ready to use solutions with little to no flexibility to customize data entry form and templates that are specific to the humanitarian sector. Dadabik is providing that as it allows to start from scratch by importing an existing Excel file and further customizing the system around it to improve realtime access to data and responding the “accountability” requirement to financial donors within the sector. Moreover, with a little coding experience, you can unleash way more functionality, such as exporting custom PDF templates, and automate some advance functions (PHP framework).
Eugenio, the founder of Dadabik, is also very responsive when it comes to support.
I fully recommend this solution.
@patrick_sautron Thanks for your comment and for all the details about your experience, very helpful!

I found Dadabik by googling for a mature solution to quickly provide CRUD access to MySQL databases.
I actually started to develop such a tool 20 years ago with PHP, but @eugenio_tacchini did this a lot better than me with Dadabik ! ;-)
I use this platform for almost 10 years, for several web projects.
Dadabik is real time saver, which allows developpers to publish a complete full web application in a few hours, without caring of boring HTML/CSS stuff !
Thank you Eugenio for your splendid work !!! :-)
Regards,
Gilles
@id3000 Thanks a lot to you Gilles for your comment, I really appreciate it!

I have been using Dadabik for several years now.
I have used it with great results for several databases mainly a for use with a heritage railway society.
I have had several conversations with Eugenio including some individual video discussions.
Eugenio is always good at listening and as a result has taken on board many users requests.
It amazes me how he can continue coming out with new features on an already great system
@jim_comerford Hi Jim, I remember our discussions, thanks for sharing your story!

I’m using dadabik since a few months now, it’s wonderful. Easy to deploy, use and customize, it saved me a lot of time of code writing. UI interface is very nice and simple to understand. Embedded functionalities are already great, and if not enough you can create your own custom code.
Email support is great, very responsive and professional. The only downside is the 5 support tickets limit that comes with the enterprise license, but for the low price they ask I understand they have to put a limit somewhere.
If I had to buy it again, I wouldn’t hesitate a single second, it’s an immediate YES.
@syntaxr Thanks a lot Nicolas!
About the email support: if you want to keep it at top level (and we try to do it ), it's a very expensive activity: with DaDaBIK you have the guarantee to get a professional answer within 1 business day (otherwise you can ask for a EUR 50 refund) and that you never get automatic, useless, answers. Considering that the price of an Enterprise lifetime license is quite cheap (at least respect to many competitors), there is the need, as you said, to set a limit. The Platinum license (more expensive) guarantees 20 tickets and 3 hours of Teams calls.

I've used Dadabik for many years now and it enables me to focus on my client's needs not the "plumbing" needed on a modern website.
I was looking for a personal tool for keeping track of the things in my life. I am a retired CTO for a number of top 100 companies, so to me building databases to keep track of stuff is a great hobby. But I needed a tool. It had to be flexible, easy to use, quick to build and it had to store everything in a secure database. I looked at over 30 products which claimed to meet at least one or two of my selection criteria. None of them matched all my criteria until I discovered DaDaBIK. It has been one of the better product decisions in my life. The support I got from Mr. Tacchini in the beginning was responsive, and creative. I highly recommend this product for almost any business or personal use.
@tom_hurley Thanks a lot Thomas for sharing your story!!

I have been a DadaBik fan for many years, but after not touching it for the past 10 years, I am back in the mix. It is great to see this product making such great strides. Keep up the great work!
