Congratulations on the launch, @nicholas_shao – the product is impressive. I gave it a spin recently after a chat with Wesley. I intended to provide detailed feedback today, but hit a snag as I couldn't create a new Dealroom. Reflecting on your product demo and my experience – and I may be overlooking this feature – it would be superb if team members could get notifications for significant prospect activities, or perhaps an AI model could suggest the next best action based on event data. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

@anuj_sharma18 Hey Anuj, thanks so much for signing up! Wes already let us know about the hiccup and our team fixed it! Please let us know if you run into any more issues and we will try to solve them ASAP. In terms of notifications we actually do have them! You can get notified on customer activity and engagemnet via email and even connect to slack for notifications there. Additionally, you can turn email notifications on/off for your customers should you want to alert them on platform changes, upcoming tasks, due dates, etc. so they are reminded to revisit the dealroom. AI recommendation model would be incredible! It is something we've been thinking about a lot. Can you tell me more about what you are thinking about with it?

@nicholas_shao Congrats on the launch! Curious - is this primarly for organizing inboxes and workflows for sales teams? I saw that its for "- Founders - Small businesses - Freelancers - Anyone who needs to educate their customers" But would the optimal use case be sales teams (Sales led growth) or is there a case here to be made for the platform being effective for companies with a more PLG strategy?

@dzaitzow thank you! the primary use case is for sales led growth. the more complex the sales cycle and the more stakeholders, the more value there is in consolidating the information and making information share more seamless as communication tends to get messier. The roles above are just examples of who could benefit but are not exclusive to those. In terms of PLG, it could be a helpful tool to convert free users into paid through creating things such as onboarding or enablement curriculums and supplemental information.
