It may be interesting to more clear and thorough on what you mean exactly by "computing." Also, besides collaboration, what value does it brings over having Windows and an internet browser (which is, one might argue, quite powerful as it is already)?

@antoine_j @_abdelhai talked about some of these things with The Verge, you can read more here: https://www.theverge.com/2023/10...

Deta Space sounds intriguing! To make it even better, consider these suggestions: Implement end-to-end encryption for enhanced data security. Integrate automatic data backup and recovery options to prevent data loss. Provide seamless cross-device synchronization for a consistent user experience. Offer a robust app ecosystem with third-party integration capabilities. Your product has great potential! Speaking of innovation, I'd like to introduce Mentor.AI https://www.producthunt.com/prod..., an AI-powered mentorship platform. Your insights would be invaluable in helping us improve. Let's connect on Product Hunt and exchange ideas!

@realkunalmehta thanks for the feedback! We are thinking about many of the things you mentioned. re backups -- for apps you install from Discovery (https://deta.space/discovery), you can create data snapshots which you can export: https://deta.space/blog/post-15
