We have used this team reliably for well over a year now. Our team is used to engaging the likes of Toptal and other top tier staffing firms for technical talent. For when we are not looking for the top 0.1% of dev talent, we started looking further afield, and the guys at Lemon.io fit the bill. We engaged quite a few different staffing firms in the mid to high tier range to vet out their process and the devs they have access to, and we ultimately landed on Lemon. The hiring process is not as foolproof as it is say with Toptal, but that's to be expected given that we are not aiming for top 0.1% of talent. So we have to do more legwork to ensure we're getting a good fit for our needs. For when a dev did not end up working out, the Lemon team was quick to try and find us suitable replacements. I would recommend this team if you're looking for a more value based play and you are not trying to go through the frustration of vetting remote devs who you have never had a working relationship with in the past. With Lemon, the fact they have had an ongoing relationship with a dev provides more accountability. I have never had communication issues with these guys, so I'm surprised to see a few comments like that. Nor have I ever seen spam coming from them or their partners, so again, I'm surprised to read that comment and am somewhat skeptical.
