I used to always start my day on my phone doom scrolling but now I am trying to cut back on that and read a few pages of a book first thing in the morning. Still not consistent with it but hopefully I could make this into a habit for every day
First, I eat breakfast while watching my βcurrentβ TV show on Netflix. Then I check my calendar to refresh my memory on the day's appointments, then I read and reply to emails, and then I actually get to work on my tasks π
@auranuccioΒ what tv show are you actually watching ? π

@amraniyasserΒ I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I love Korean dramas... π€ the ones that mix business and romance. Right now, I'm watching βTake charge of my Heartβ on Netflix.

@adanaΒ ππ wasnt expecting this answer
@amraniyasserΒ haha =D
I always start with a cup of coffee. I feel like you canβt have a bad day if you do.
Thereβs a theory that our brains can operate in different modes that canβt coexist, including "manager" and "executor" mode.
In the morning, I activate my grumpy, reluctant inner manager, who plans the day for the executor.
Once the planning is done, the manager feels relieved. Then the executor has no choice but to follow the plan, because the manager is the boss :)
@ilyasbΒ what do you use to plan your day/week
