Fantastic product and we loved the fact they offer a free solution for when you are just getting started with conversational marketing.

I've used Drift for almost 3 months now and it has helped me deal with user questions much more efficiently!

Pros:

Knowledge center, automatic responses by a bot, custom tags, lots of useful features available on the free plan.

Cons:

iOS app needs improving, often shows errors when loading conversations, information available on desktop is not visible in mobile app.

Honestly, I hate to say it but found this extremely unhelpful as a Chatbox. I can't find Drift 1.0 but that's what I'm talking about here. It's just... Hard to navigate somehow. Eventually turned it off and stopped using it.

Drift is the easiest chatbot to set up and directly integrates with all the apps you need (CRM, Slack, Outrach, etc.)
