Nice. Can you give us more details about how easy is to configure this? I've tested something similar 3 years ago before the bot stuff became mainstream and it required a lot of interaction.

@catapop84 two clicks. Seriously. You just need to select which knowledge base you use then add your account ID / authenticate.
