Drop is great! Been using it for a few months now. Still would LOVE to be able to change offers though. When I started using Drop, I rarely went to McDonalds, so obviously I didn't choose it as an offer option. But now I've moved and live closer to a McDonalds and I go so frequently. Missing out on all of the points. :(

Drop connects to a consumers credit cards and automatically pulls down transaction data. As part of the onboarding process, I select the vendors that I want to track my spend and each dollar I spend I get a point! Drop makes it effortless to earn points and redeem for offers that I actually use, I like to wait for the amazon gift card that I can redeem virtually.

Pros:

Easy to use card-linked rewards, just set what merchants I want to track on my linked cards and receive points to redeem for gift cards

Cons:

Being able to change categories once a year

My credit card has stopped linking, it works on other third party apps like Mint but not Drop, and Drop seems to have no support. Their documentation just tells me to talk to my Bank, but this is nothing my Bank can fix for me - I know my card number and password is correct.

Pros:

Great way to earn free rewards.

Cons:

No support.
