Its a great tool for performance review and ensuring your team understands your deliverables. However, I noticed it has default settings of accessing users private data while signing in which pause threats to personal data. And this will scare many potential clients away.

Congratulations on the launch! I'm curious to know which size of company your product is best suited for. Would it be ideal for companies with 3, 10, 100, or 1000 employees?
