Use this everyday! It just works and does what it promises. That is not common!

I just scrolled back through my fathom calls to confirm. We've been recording calls since Sept of '21. It has been a tremendous help for our team. We use it for internal team meetings (we're virtual), sales calls (great for making sure we document pain points and key offerings), and with regular client touch points. The summarized insights and action items are a huge win, and the AI summaries have only made them better. Our clients love the emailed summaries of our check-ins. They help everyone stay on track with clarity. I'd say the biggest win for us is that our team can be PRESENT during the call, rather than scrambling to write down the major issues or points to follow up on. One of the critical elements behind all of this is that we've found the app to be reliable. There's no worry that we'll lose our notes/recording or that it will fail to transcribe. That's critical to allowing our team to trust the software and remain focused on the discussion and people. Love the Fathom tool and excited to see how it will continue to add value for our team and others.

This is one of the most efficient and effective apps I use multiple times a day! The Fathom Team is constantly improving the user experience, adding new features, and taking in Feedback! For example, they launched a new feature yesterday that summarized meetings with AI. Yesterday, the summary was semi functional and mostly hilarious. Less than 12 hours later, the next summary was a HUGE improvement! I foresee using this feature to reduce the amount of co-workers in each meeting by sending the Summaries to the other team members so they are up to date on changes/decisions without having to spend the hour or so in that meeting every week!!! I am excited to see how this feature and MANY OTHER FEATURES continue to improve.

Really lovely app, I found myself evangelizing colleagues and partners to download the app. This is more than just note taking: it simplifies the old dilemma for many of us of choosing between proper note taking or actively participating in the meeting...and missing the good notes. 10/10

Fathom is an absolute GAME CHANGER!! It brings Zoom calls into 2023 and this new horizon of AI powered efficiency... just remember a fool with a tool is still a fool. Our team is able to save so much time each week through the HubSpot automations: -Our CRM is kept up to date automatically with all account calls that take place -NEW AI generated summaries are added into call notes -Action items are automatically created and assigned to account owners (and time-stamps to the right place in the call are added) -Our team is easily able to capture customer sentiment (points of delight or improvement) and easily disseminate to the right members P.S. Love Fathom! I've used everything (Chorus, Gong, & Otter) and Fathom's ease of use and ability for the whole company to use it (not just for sales) is why I use Fathom.

I've been using Fathom for nearly a year and the way the Fathom team is constantly working to improve the product has been amazing - particularly since it's FREE. I love the new AI Summarizations - they have been fantastic for recaps, particularly when I am following up with a client. I love the ability to actively listen because I am no longer trying to take notes - I just click a positive reaction and go back to the transcript later to capture the note. If you're not using it you are missing out.

This product has a Slack like appeal to it, it has an incredible rabid following which is simply too hard to ignore. I haven't seen too many products that has such high reviews from literally hundreds of people. When you hear reviewers say they wouldn’t mind paying for this product, that’s telling you something.
