I use Fathom for every meeting. I can't imagine running our business without it. It's also one of the only tools I recommend without ever having to include a qualifier or grumble about some feature I wish it had. I really appreciate the new desktop app. Keep going, Fathom Team! And if/when you decide to charge, you'll be worth every penny.

@becky_martin Thank you! Don't worry we've already started charging, but it's for a different product that sits on top of Fathom. The core Fathom experience will remain free :)

I use and recommend Fathom! The transcription is quite good and very quick (no more waiting for Otter) and I love the buttons that let me highlight key moments. AI bit hasn’t impressed me thus far, but the manual option is fantastic.

@richard_white I realized that I was actually referring to the previous version (the snippets in sidebar), it really made me go "Huh? THAT'S what you got from that?". I just tried out the new summary and it's pretty good! Just needs more integrations and it will be even more awesome. Thanks for making such a great product :)

The fact that Fathom can transcribe Zoom calls is a huge plus. This could be especially helpful for people with hearing impairments or language barriers.

Fathom is an indispensable part of my daily workflow. I love how it leverages lightweight "human in the loop" features to make the AI summaries super useful. And it's nice that I don't have to switch platforms to use it. It's just a simple add-on to Zoom. My fund Character actually invested in Fathom, in part because of the great product experience!

You're a small team, like us, but I like to think we both punch way above our weight class :P
