Felix Gray Computer Glasses - Non-prescription glasses for people who stare at screens.

by

Are you engaged to your computer, tablet, phone or books? And do you often feel eye strain, headache and blurred vision? If yes, then you should consider getting some of these Felix Gray Computer Glasses. They have an anti-glare coating, blue light filter and magnification to help your eye muscles.

This is great. I've taken to using flux on my desktop but when I have to do colour sensitive work it totally goes out the window. This is a way better solution

Love these glasses! My eyes feel so much better at the end of the day, and the little bit of magnification makes a great difference.

I've been wearing Gunners for a couple years and have always been fairly frustrated with their build quality. Looks like it might be time for an upgrade! ;) Both is fashion and quality!

Just out of curiosity, if these block out blue light do you not want to wear these during the day? Blue light helps regulate alertness which is why you want it during mornings and afternoons
Chris Benedict
@evankimbrell Hey Evan, great question, as blue light is important to our bodies, it's just the over-exposure that has negative side-effects. We filter a range of blue light, not all of it. Essentially, our lenses let in the "good" blue light while filtering the "bad" blue light. They also block glare, a major component to eyestrain and eye fatigue, so wearing the glasses through the day and evening provides a comfortable and healthy balance :)

A good friend of mine make theraspecs. He gave me a pair, and I love 'em. Check them out - www.theraspecs.com

How do these affect color balance and is there a way to get them in prescriptions?
Chris Benedict
@trulyadamant Hey Adam, We've gotten the lens extremely clear, specifically to look out for all the designers out there who hold absolute color paramount. There has to be a slight hue to filter the correct wave lengths of blue light, but our new lens is extremely clear and has received a great response from all the graphic designers we've worked with! Of course, we have a free 30 day shipping/return/exchange policy, so if the color through the lens is not to your liking, you can always send them back risk free! We want our users and community to absolutely love their Felix Grays, and more importantly, wear them to protect their eyes... This is why we've upheld this policy from the very beginning, we only want you to wear Felix Gray if Felix Gray helps you do what you do better :) We don't yet off prescription, but we're hard at work to get additional reading powers and Rx moving in 2017. We'll be letting our Rx group know the moment we're able to do so! http://shopfelixgray.us10.list-m...
Gabriela Hromis
Is it possible to have this with prescription lenses?
Chris Benedict
@ghromis Hi Gabriella, thanks for asking! Unfortunately, we don't yet off prescription as we just launched this year and started small. But, we're hard at work to get additional reading powers and Rx moving in 2017. We'll be letting our Rx group know the moment we're able to do so! http://shopfelixgray.us10.list-m...

I've literally been dealing with this problem as of late. I've downloaded apps, been inverting colors so whites turn black, I've worked with better lighting. Amazing timing. Just preordered a pair!

@nickjnish We're excited to make those eyes happy, Nick!
