Makes perfect sense. You have the choice of trying to mentally track dozens of things, and stressing yourself out in the process and running the risk of dropping a (critical) ball. Or use an unobtrusive tool like Fellow in your management workflows/processes.

On boarding - Is calendar 100% required? - Allow for emails that are not exactly the same as yours. In large organizations they can be prefixed with country and if restricted to just that it prevents folks managing teams across geographies.

@kevinmcfaul Great feedback - thanks Kevin. Right now calendar is required - we will eventually decouple this but today it's something that is pretty necessary to the product workflow. Re:different domain names: this is a very good point. If you contact our support, we should be able to add those domain names to your account so they can count as part of the same organization.
