We started FileSyncAI after seeing how broken and inconsistent the hiring process can be across companies and staffing workflows. Recruiters spend most of their time coordinating instead of evaluating, candidates often receive little to no feedback, and decisions vary widely depending on the interviewer. FileSyncAI was built to automate these repetitive parts of hiring using AI agents — while keeping humans in control of final judgment. The goal is to make hiring more structured, transparent, and consistent, and to continuously improve outcomes with every interview. This is an early beta, and we’re excited to learn from feedback and improve the platform with real users.
