Fina Business - The flexible $20/mo QuickBooks alternative for founders
by•
You started a business, not an accounting department. Fina Business gives founders the essentials of business accounting without the complexity of traditional tools.
Track business and personal finances your way, automate invoices, accept Stripe payments, manage customers, and get double-entry bookkeeping, P&L, and balance sheets.
Start at $20/mo and customize Fina around how your business actually works.

looks very interesting, is the tool for the US market?
@natella_nuralieva technically you can make it work for any markets, it supports multi currency natively.
But talking about bank feeds, yes, it only connect banks in US/CA, for other markets, you have to manually record data or connect Google Spreadsheet to sync data.
Looks great, but is it US only?
@simon_moxon Thanks Simon. Currently only connecting banks in US/CA. Plan of expanding bank connections beyond is still on roadmap, for example this one https://www.fina.money/forum?disc=FF15
Founders will happily spend hours figuring out their next growth channel and then avoid looking at their books for three weeks 😂 Making finance less of a headache is a genuinely useful problem to work on. congrats on the launch!
Love the simplicity of the spreadsheet/input-table F logo 👌 It's the little things.
The multi profile setup is the reason I would try this over a plain accounting app. Keeping a side project and the main business apart without paying for two tools is exactly the mess I am in right now! My question is about the categorization: when it learns from how I tag a transaction, does it apply that only inside the profile I was working in, or can a rule from my business profile leak into the personal one? Getting that boundary wrong would be a bad surprise at tax time.
@neerajnathany Haha~ thanks for your comment and great question!
A categorization rule won't leak from profile to another profile, every profile is a independent container to have its own categories and rules, all tracking assets are managed per profile. However, you still have the flexibility to combine multiple profiles together for any possible reporting together.
Congrats Shawn, Xiao, and the Fina team on Fina Business. The $20/mo QuickBooks-lite angle plus multi-profile personal and business in one workspace is the part founders will actually try. When Stripe invoices and bank feeds land in the business profile, how do you stop a miscategorized personal card swipe from quietly polluting that profile's P&L before month-end close?
@genedai True. The multi-profile separates business from personal - personal card swipe won't go to business profile.
