@michael_n Hi Michael, thanks for the relevant question that some people might be thinking about in the backs of their mind. There are a few tools out there for doing Project Management and work tracking. We've had the opportunity to work with over a 100+ teams in understanding their core needs and believe we have some unique insights on the market and the problems that they face. What we deduced was that the existing solutions typically have slash commands and other complicated querying structures making it very hard to actually use on a regular basis. We are eliminating all that from a pure experience point of view. If there was any similarity with tools like Busybot and Kyber, it ends with task creation part, and our goal is to have a seamless approach here. In terms of the differentiators we can look at 3 major areas. One is that we are working closely with systems like Trello and Zapier to integrate into existing workflows of teams. Having that flexibility to autoroute tasks where ever you need is essential for teams that don't want to change their existing work tracking making us an important choice to gel with the ecosystem of tools that they already use. The second and more important reason is that we are able leverage NLP, Machine Learning, and an provide an overall knowledge graph. This is after all an intelligent bot and we want to justify the AI in the name. We fundamentally see, Fireflies getting more helpful overtime with autosuggested tasks. This is quite a difficult area and is a core competency in terms of making Fireflies truly adaptive. On top of that, we classify and help you take action across different workflows whether it's making calls, sending emails, creating calendar events etc. This area in particular gives us the opportunity to use our intelligence layer to go above and beyond what any other project management solution delivers today.
