folk 3.0 - The CRM for companies who care about people

Congrats on the launch! I love the UI by the way. Its so much cleaner and less cluttered than other CRMs. I've tried some in the past that were either too hard to use and get good at quickly, or too expensive. This seems to be the happy medium!

AI is like MSG. It's amazing, but unless you are Uncle Roger, you probably shouldn't dump it all over your product. I really love the way you put it - AI is a tool not a solution. I can see just the right amount of AI sprinkled throughout folk, and I can see that the product is built so well even without AI. It's clean, simple but pretty powerful still.
