@pettomartino , you should be able to rename or delete any service or component that you add on the page.. for eg: here is a production page with 10+ customized service names: https://updates.freshsales.io/ (like web app, api, search ) etc. Could you send us a screenshot to support@freshstatus.io or use the in-app chat widget & we should be able to help immediately.

Pros:

- Easy to use - Easy to setup - Opportunity to integrate with other services - Offers custom URL integration

Cons:

Not yet integrated with freshservice link incidents/problems with status updates Reminders can't be set to anything more than 1 day prior

there is no integration with Freshping? I noticed a few UX issues as well. Drag and drop services is not allowed in groups. adding a service to a group is hard. Saving kicks me out every time. I have to go back in edit again

Love this app - its nice and simple to use but does everything you could ever need. It even has email notification for internal and external users. Only criticism from me is that the email notifications carry the Freshstatus logo and not my company logo so it is hard to see what the notification is for as a user...
