Do you consider AI-generated content to be less valuable?
We use AI to improve something in the process (mostly to speed up the process).
But whenever I see and suspect that something is generated by LLMs, I feel that the person on the other side has slopped it a bit (and subconsciously I perceive it as "something less").
I have to say that some outputs that look really high quality and I have trouble distinguishing them from "handwork" are perceived as completely normal (at least for me). As equal human work.
How do you view things generated by artificial intelligence?
Maybe it's true that who is behind the output and prompting also influences the result (professional vs. amateur).
But it clashes a bit with the fact that: if we do things with AI, why do we demand less money for the output? (We perceive it as cheap.)

@zara_noelle I think it can be complemented, but many people are lazy and do not wanna be creative :)

@yara_simone Partially... when it comes to collected data, I would trust AI, but when it comes to creating something a bit personal with a human touch, I would totally ignore AI-generated content.
Already now skipping it on LinkedIn as soon as I spot it :)

Tbh I don't think AI can't write short, I think it won't. Long is where it hides. If it isn't sure about something it adds another sentence, and another, and then nobody can point at the wrong bit. Short means picking one thing and standing behind it. I ask for a word limit and it just squeezes the same nothing into fewer words, which is somehow worse.
So maybe the tell isn't length or typos, it's whether anything in there is specific enough to be wrong. Do you catch the fake stuff faster in short things like a comment or a subject line, or in the long ones?
