How do you find the first hires for your startup, especially remotely?

TopTal (www.toptal.com) is a great source for talent worldwide, particularly for tech. We have hired six people from there and they are very flexible in terms of commitment and hours. You can hire hourly, part-time or full-time. Great for bringing people onboard for specific projects, etc.

yes i am intrested remotely work.

I made a video and upload it on every social media but my activity on yt (used to filter comments) is pretty much high so I check comment from there i find my partner from youtube.
