Reevaluating your Q1 goals: What have you managed to accomplish in the first quarter of 2026?
Here we go again!
I started setting new goals every 3 months and then checking in on how well I was doing.
Hereβs what I wanted to accomplish from January 1st to March 31st:
Work goals:
π Edit min. 15 pre-recorded YouTube videos
β Unfortunately not, BUT!!! I hired someone to do it for me.π Remove inactive newsletter subscribers, which will be in the hundreds (this will be mentally difficult)
β Yes, I did this and have a feeling I need to do it again since the open rate went down.
π Product launch on Product Hunt (this is a specific product, not a random product)
β Yes, we ended up in the 6th place.
Personal goals:
π Stay consistent in exercising
β Every single day
π Learn 4 languages ββ(+ read lessons from textbooks I ordered), ideally every day
γ°οΈ This time, only exercising with DuoLingo.
π Eat less sweets
β No, I still have my sweet tooth. π
π Go to bed before midnight more often (and not at 2, like I did before)
β I managed to go to sleep before 1 AM, nothing to be proud of.
Besides that I:
β started collaborating on one social media project (helping with LinkedIn to co-founders)
β was blocked on LinkedIn multiple times
β secured at least 2 or 3 sponsors
β got know new people, were hiking and stuff like these.

Wow 4 languages is impressive. π
Work:
π Increase social media presence
Still very much a work in progress. Trying to be more consistent and intentional here.
π Launch our app
Managed to get this out the door, even in the middle of a cross-country move.
Personal:
π Work out more consistently
Not perfect, but averaging ~4 days/week (unless I accidentally injure myself againπ )
π Meditating/journaling daily
Also around 4 days/week. Not daily, but getting back into a routine.
Q1 was exhausting but feeling good about the overall progress despite the chaos.
