@nishith_shah This is what came up in couple of minutes. I just used some of your headers from your site as an input. With some more detailed inputs and polishing you can write cool articles fast. Thursday Social allows users to host regular meet-ups, organize events, and discover new games to play. It is a place where you can make new friends, share your ideas, and learn new things. Get together with your team in the lounge. Meet-ups are regular events that allow members of the community to gather and enjoy the company of other members. They can range from movie nights, to book clubs, to game nights, just to name a few. Events are special events that are organized by the community. They can be themed events, like a zombie apocalypse, or just a regular event. Games are the main part of Thursday Social. The site has a library of over 300 games, from traditional board games to video games to party games. Thursday Social has a book club, movie club, and book exchange. It also has a social calendar, which lists all of the socials going on that week. In addition to games, Thursday Social also has a forum where users can talk about anything from "What's your favorite taco?" to "How do you make a good grilled cheese?" "Social Media Today" wrote "Thursday Social is a very entertaining and useful website for those who love to play games and break from zooming." The best part, it is free to use. 1. Yuga 2. Employee Career OKR into which managers fit in for proactive retention -- this is the Future of Work where the individual > company 3. https://www.yugahq.com Thanks Sharath!
Nishith from True Sparrow
@kirank5a You are solving a huge problem. Curious how does Yuga prevent no-shows?
Kiran Kanakadandi (yugahq.com)
@nishith_shah -- thanks Nishith, indeed a huge problem -- idea is for the manager to engage the employee soon after making an offer, even before joining, to use Yuga to put a structure around their career and commit on suitable opportunities in the company. Yuga also allows engaging a mentor on the platform, who can be from the company. This is proactive engagement, in short, to increase odds of hire-closures. The same applies to current employees as well for retention. Yuga is designed to be B2C (using LinkedIn for login) even for the B2B use-cases -- so the Career Planner goes with the user wherever they go. Let me know if you have questions.
Nishith from True Sparrow
@kirank5a Makes total sense. While we are doing what you are suggesting manually and tracking it in google sheets, an integrated tool would certainly help.
Kiran Kanakadandi (yugahq.com)
@nishith_shah -- I'm glad you put it that way. The best managers do all these things already, but in an ad-hoc manner. The goal is to democratize it all.
