Does your product convert unstructured data into a structured field in the Salesforce entity?
Great stuff! Especially with less senior sales reps, there really is a gap between note-taking and actions/followups in SFDC. Does your app integrate seamlessly with any version of Salesforce, or are there specific versions or modules it's most compatible with?
@wintoniak Thanks for the support! And to your question: Yes, our app is compatible with the latest versions. It is currently integrated with notes, tasks, and events but it is compatible to integrate with any component.
