What part of your job has AI already changed?
by•
I have been thinking a lot about how AI is quietly transforming the way we work, not replacing jobs entirely, but definitely reshaping them.
At a recent Fortune summit, the CEO of Indeed said AI can now handle over half the tasks in most roles. But no single job can be fully automated. OpenAI’s Chief People Officer even called it a “reimagination of work.”

That really stuck with me.
So here’s a question for the builders, founders, and creatives here:
What’s one part of your job that AI has already changed—or that you think won’t exist the same way a year from now?
Whether it's content creation, brainstorming, coding, outreach, or something else, I’d love to hear how you're adapting.
Let’s share and learn from each other 👇

AI has helped me offload a lot of UX writing so I can focus on more strategic questions like information architecture.

For me, AI has completely revamped my brainstorming process: what used to be me staring at a blank page hoping for inspiration is now me riffing with ChatGPT until I strike gold. I feel like I’ve got a creative sidekick who never gets tired (or judges my weirdest ideas).

Absolutely agree! 🚀 AI isn’t here to take over our jobs, but it’s definitely changing how we work every day. As the Indeed CEO and OpenAI’s Chief People Officer pointed out, it’s about reimagining workflows, not replacing people. We’re seeing AI handle repetitive tasks, freeing us up for more creative, impactful work. Can’t wait to see how products like this will empower teams to be more efficient and innovative! 💡🤖
