Hey hunters!
There are a lot of startupers here. And it is interesting for me why people choose to work for a startup.
Personally, I like opportunity to learn something new everyday. My work is quite flexible so my responsibilities could change. And I really like it!
What about you? Why have you decided to work at a startup? What is your favorite part of working for a startup?
i run a start up!
nothing is better than feeling the hustle, huddle and humbling feeling of a Start up.

Working for a startup can offer an excellent opportunity to take the initiative and lead. Your area of responsibility and experience both expand as a startup expands. Startups provide the finest chance for a young worker with a thirst for experience to advance their career. Startup years are like dog years; there, one year is equivalent to seven elsewhere. You work as hard as you can in four years rather than 40 years at a low intensity!
In startups, learning is accomplished by simply getting your hands dirty and doing, with prompt feedback on your performance. Small initiatives have the potential to grow into future game-changing undertakings because startups often promote a culture of learning via experimenting.
The main reasons why I work at a startup are the interesting nature of the work, the wide range of activities you take part in, and the things you learn. One year at a startup, and I am already knowledgeable about multiple domains of the company.
