Will AI take over digital marketing?

A similar question was asked on a subreddit. Interested to know what ProductHunters think here. What are your opinion regarding usage of AI in content marketing, image generators, strategy planning, or any other digital marketing areas? Do you think AI will be more powerful than human intervention or there will be a boundary?

I don't think AI will replace digital marketers if that's what your question is pointing at. AI will make a lot of digital marketing jobs obsolete, but those marketers that embrace AI and learn how to use it effectively in their marketing efforts will win big.

I think we're still a ways away from zero human input required, but — in theory — Ai tech will start improving at an increasing rate. And that's when things get very tricky to pin down. (: Generally, though, I think Ai will have a much larger impact than most people seem to think at the moment.

I don't think AI will take over digital marketing as a whole. Atleast in the near future. But it will bring insane speed and efficiency in getting things done and probably replace people in the process. Like fewer copywriters, fewer blog writers and so on.

With the way things are going AI is at an advantage but human input is very much needed

i'm more of a believer in AI assistance vs. replacement. AI can already generate graphics and text. Won't be long until it can generate a great series of graphics for you to post on all relevant ad channels necessary, but I think humans for a while longer will still come up with the core concepts for campaigns. I also think there will be an artificial barrier at some point. Whether AI can do it won't be the question, it's whether people will want it to.
I think to great extent AI has already taken its significant role in digital marketing by helping experts to under customer behavior.

I think it will take over in time. My opinion is not based on the improvements in the intelligence of AI alone but also on the limitations of all human beings in share- should I say strength. There is only so much you can do as a human being, an AI can scan, read, try and retry a limitless number of times 24hours a day, all week, all month, all year. And we simply cannot do this as humans

It's commonly asked about art as well and I think there is an overlap in how to view AI from a creative perspective. Currently, AI generators can make pretty pictures but art is about more than its imagery. There are nuances that cannot be replicated.

I believe that AI might take over the parts of creating and running a campaign that involve writing, image generation, and other aspects. However, initially the brand would need some human input in deciding on its direction, strategy, and messaging.
