What should I do next? Just keep building or stop and seek validation firstly?

Hey hunters, I recently working on a product called Demokit. It provides a library of product demo videos to indie hackers and startup teams to watch excellent videos of different types and analyze the video scripts through AI technology, enabling users to learn about the production ideas of these videos, providing inspiration for their own product demo video creation, reducing the difficulty of video production and improving efficiency. My current confusion lies in whether just providing users with text scripts for reference can really bring them value. I'm thinking if I could provide a simple web-base video editor and present the scripts as video templates, allowing users to directly edit them, would it be better? However, doing so would extend my development cycle, which makes me uneasy. I don't know if this is meaningful or not, and I'm afraid that users don't actually need it and I've spent too much energy on it. And personally, I prefer to use tested video scripts as a reference and my familiar video editor to complete the video creation. I need to understand the opinions of ohters in order to further improve and develop this product. I hope this product can bring value to indie hackers and small startup teams, and I need your feedback and suggestions. Thank you for your time and help. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please share them in the comments section. I would really appreciate your feedbacks on what to do next. Thank you!

Does it make sense to be an entrepreneur building anything less than an A+ business?

I've started 2 businesses and worked with hundreds of founders.

Sad reality: most of their startups will be dead inside 12 months.

How you set your daily goals?

I mostly set my weekday plans on weekends, but every day I set them priority-wise, like which is most important to complete that day. sometimes i prefer to write them in my diary or use apps like notion to write :)

Rituals for remote work :) Share yours!

Grabbing yourself by the collar to get work done when you're a freelancer or working remotely can be an often daunting prospect for many. The Covid-19 pandemic has largely proven that self-motivation cannot be overestimated when it comes to personal productivity. Look this way as I share a few rituals that I've found to be most profitable whether you're remote or just trying to bang in some goals on the weekend. The good old wash: Just like the medieval lot of the masses out there I've often fallen to the temptation of hopping straight to my desk to turn the levers of labour as soon as I've separated eye lid from eye ball. While this gets urgent tasks out of the way, you're better off having a bath or shower if you intend to be at your desk for several hours. The regenerative and restorative powers of water down your back has a way of sobering you up. I sometimes get dressed up in smart casuals (at the least) rather than mere casuals to trick my brain into believing that I am up to some earth-shattering work. A healthful drink in hand: For me, a hot mug of cocoa powder is just the thing to keep me focused, friendly and free from the distraction to peck at every morsel. The "brown beauty" may not be your thing but find a beverage that works for you. Please share your thoughts on this as I'd like to know what you think.
