I m currently working on a product designed for users around the world, and as exciting as it sounds, building something truly global comes with a lot of unexpected challenges.
Was your product voted top 5 product of the day? Want to be featured in our new "Maker's Corner"?

An interesting tidbit of why the community would be interested learning more about you and your journey. If you are selected, we will contact you and feature your story here in our Forums and newsletter!
Hi makers! I'm Tiffany Pham, CEO and Founder of Mogul, I'm really excited to be here answering any questions you have about: community building, edtech and educational products, networking and career building products, organizing conferences, supporting the career and leadership development of millennials and Gen-Z, empowerment and especially female empowerment. I'm also excited to announce that on 21 September we're holding our Mogul X conference in New York City [https://onmogul.com/mogulx]. Last year we had attendees come from over 100 cities and seven countries. It's all about what young professionals need to level up in the career game and reach their goals.
Let's explore the year's essence together by exchanging our thoughts about #2023InOneWord! Mine: Momentum To achieve great things, maintaining positive momentum is a must!
The Product hunt community is amazing, and I know there's lots of knowledge to share. I want to make the forums the most vibrant forums for product builders on the internet! To that end we've re-designed forums, defined sub-forums, and introduced product-specific forums, and we've drafted new guidelines to keep the discussions vibrant, authentic, and genuinely useful. The new guidelines are here - https://help.producthunt.com/en/... - you can read them in full, but here's my summary: When posting a new forum thread, ask yourself:
1) Is this a genuine question I have that I want the community to answer? 2) Is this an insight that will be helpful to other builders and product geeks?
Innovation does not mean that you just label something as "AI" or "tech". It usually requires activities that train not only the users of the product, but also directly involve them in the process of general awareness.
How does your company strengthen the innovation of your country? (and now I don't just mean that you create a product)
This came to my mind when I read about how the creation of Sora has raised concerns that it could be an AI equivalent of TikTok (critics warning it could fall into the same addictive patterns as other social platforms).
And after several messages with some people, I also noticed how I wasted a lot of time on my desktop instead of doing something productive or learning.
If your launch does not go as planned, do not judge it too quickly. Avoid the instinct to immediately add more features or pivot the product.
Instead, pause and evaluate what already exists. Check whether the core features are clearly communicated, fully polished, and genuinely solve the intended problem. Often, the issue is not the idea, but the execution, positioning, or user experience.
Refine what you have. Improve clarity, usability, onboarding, and messaging. Then relaunch with focus and confidence.
Many products fail not because they were wrong, but because they were unfinished, unclear, or rushed.
