@thebent We have an application form similar to YC, then a phone screen, then the developers do a test project or go through a brief probation period before being admitted.

I love everything this represents. I am highly intrigued? Who wouldn't be?!
The pricing examples are pretty confusing. For example, are you saying that it costs 19k for 3 months for a web project using a developer who worked at Facebook? To build something like Facebook? To integrate with Facebook? Can you clarify what these actually mean?

Are you actively looking for devs? There's no info or FAQ for devs -- only a signup link. Kind of difficult to decide without knowing what to expect. Makes me think you you have too many devs for current demand so you're not optimizing for dev acquisition?
@costayolo That's right, we aren't really optimizing for that right now. The network mostly grows through referrals but if you're interested let's talk: roger AT trygigster.com

I love it! I got a credible quote by SW Engineer. Great concept, @rogerdickey! Hope to actually use the service in the very near future.
@rogerdickey i just know this site a while ago.. Actually how to apply as a designer? When i saw the website,it seems the job just for internal gigster. Thanks
