Spaces by Google - Small group sharing for everything in life

Integrating Google search in their own product is really cool (like GBoard). But Google should focus on Search and Indexing stuff instead of being social (or trying to).

Hey guys invite me to some spaces because none of my friends like downloading new things

Seems like a good way to solve the problem of sharing things with friends. I find I typically end up using email which makes it annoying to find and refer to later.

This looks very promising, looking forward to trying this out.

Teaser looks promising and like others in here, disliked the scrolling for a mile to end up at a dead end, was hoping for a sign up for updates. Also sincerely hoping this is not yet another product that ends up as an overlap!

Slack knockoff?

I'll stick with Facebook Groups, Facebook is better at social networks, sorry Google.

Digging the concept. Is it just me, or is the design really dated? That magnifying glass looks like it was pulled from Depositphotos...
