Love using the analytics in GoSquared, invaluable for seeing drop-off points, checking certain processes work. And you're all VERY helpful with support :)
Would love to know what you have planned for the chat. It's a really great tool for member notifications/in-app messaging. Would be cool to be able to use tagging, and a way of easily searching for certain pages visited...

The world of live chat is a busy place, as I'm sure you know :-) Every product has its own focus and set of features that are best suited to a specific set of customers.
What we've realised is there's a lot of businesses out there who don't use _any_ live chat or analytics tools at all. We're just trying to make the best platform we can with the functionality our customers are crying out for, and make it as simple and as beautiful as we can.
We started with analytics, and live chat is a great add-on our customers can enable in just one click. All-in-all I'd sum it up in one word: simplicity.

@jamesjgill this looks great, the more the merrier in the live chat space - I feel like intercom is leading the way but their pricing will be their downfall. I'll give this a try over the weekend.
