Grain has become a key part of my research process – I use it in all of my user discovery sessions, and it makes sharing insights from conversations super easy. Highly recommend.

Been using Grain for months at Getro and couldn’t go back. My favorite feature is the ability to share clips of videos with comments - saves so much time not having to sift through videos!

@itsevanwalden Your team has been invaluable helping us to improve, keep it coming!

We've been lucky enough to be using an early version of Grain and it's a real vision of the future: highlighting segments from recorded calls to share with the team on Slack is a big win. We use Grain to help spread sales practices that work and capture and cite evidence during product feedback sessions. Updates have been swift and it's been exciting to see this product grow and change by this killer team.

@jrhusney I'll never forget tweeting about the same event while Eric Yuan was speaking and then later learning we were sitting next to each other... So pumped to have your team using Grain and thanks for all the feedback.

@mgadams3 I'll also never forget what Eric was talking about, "we took 4 years to build Zoom, then 4 years to scale Zoom, we probably waited too long to get back to building something new..." Thank goodness for folks like you and companies like Grain

Our team has been using Grain for over 6 months and it's been a gamechanger. The highlights for me are: * Take clips that can be easily shared with designers or engineers. What before took synchronous time to explain can now be explained in a few seconds. * play at 2x: this can be done in other platforms but combined with clips is very powerful :) * Take notes in real-time as we are interviewing customers so that the time spent after the call processing it is reduced. Really excited to see Grain in GA. Congrats @mgadams3 @jakecadams and team!

I’ve been using it. No doubt it’s badass. The growth on this product is massive in the hands of the right users. All you have to do is share a grain and the adoption is assured.

Grain is a fantastic product! We’ve been using it as a team to capture customer interviews. Our team uses the annotations to remember critical moments of an interview. We’ve used the emoji annotations to flag sticky moments in a prototype test. It’s super easy to create highlight clips to share with stakeholders. Big fan of what this team is up to!

@nlsanders Thanks Nate! Glad to hear that Grain is "Qualitative Jesus" approved! I'll never forget Alex from Weave calling you that. 😂

User research is one my favorite parts of being a Product Manager. With Grain, the entire process is so much easier, allowing me to easily share the most insightful moments with my team. Thanks, Mike & team for bringing this into the world. With remote work, we need Grain more than ever!

@nicole_pearce Thanks Nicole! Glad it's helping your team at Lyft!

Grain has completely revolutionized my team's workflows. I have been able to leverage their solution to: - extract out streams of data across my Zoom calls thus becoming my system of record for all my synchronous conversations (gone are the days where I have to profusely type out notes and spend 20minutes cleaning them) - share streams of data with and across teams and allowing them to have full context as notes are timestamped with video + audio footage (it's like they were on the call) - collaborate within grain around the 'streams' without having to go to a different medium thank you @grainhq!!!

Incredibly useful tool for usability testing. We've gotten advance user feedback on a number of new products or sites, and the video snippets of specific moments has made our tickets all the more translatable.
Mike Adams
@thomasjosephking Thanks Thomas! We've found it super useful for that as well.
