@alex_iosif Thanks Alex! Agree. CRMs are a great system of record for sales teams, but Hugo allows meetings to be centralized and available for the whole organization – both internal team meetings and customer meetings.

Staff is onpoint and always willing to take feedback and help with workarounds. I have tried to leave hugo for other apps but keep coming back to it. I have recommended it to a number of friends and coworkers. My only two negative things I would say is 1 - wish they would integrate with ClickUp and secondly wish you could do a little more branding with it. Rob COO Brute Strength Training

Great product! It really helped keeping up with meeting notes and update different audience on Slack and Confluence avoiding multiple data entry

Fantastic tool for having far better meetings. Have been really impressed by the ease of use and how well it integrates my various calendars. The reminder messages to follow up on actions work well for me and serve as a push to follow-up on my commitments. At this point, I have not expanded into using it with other team members but I do share my meeting agendas and minutes with people and it saves me a lot of time. Well worth giving it a try.

@tombielecki yep it's on the roadmap and we hope to get to it soon! In the meantime, quite a few customers have shown us an interesting solution as a stop gap - using our Zapier integration to automate posting important notes to Teams channels. I would be happy to walk you through that workflow any time 👍.
