I've been using this app for a couple weeks now and love it. If I could a view similar to Google Calendar within the same frame of the app, create & edit events that sync to my GCal - I wouldn't see a need to ever have GCal & Hugo open... Hugo would literally replace my GCal as a permanent tab during work hours.

@Darren Darren Chait I was able to get on Hugo when you first started, in a beta test, and it has been absolutely amazing for me and my team and working with clients. I literally did everything I needed for mapping out notes and agenda for meetings intuitively without the extra time to always put it together. In terms of supporting backend office management and tasks it has been a huge support. I am so grateful to HUGO and their team. SUPER excited to see them making a splash out in the tech world - I believe more small businesses and entrepreneurs would genuinely benefit from their tools.

This has become a huge part of our workflow. Simply the ability to tie a shared doc to a date/time is a game changer and has made meeting notes habitual. Not to mention its easy to keep track of them and reference. Can't say enough good things about the product.

So a meeting is about to start...I open Hugo and boom, there is the link to the video call. And boom, the notes for the meeting opens up and the agenda is prefilled. It's like I have a personal assistant/stalker that is anticipating what I will be doing at the moment 😉 I use it for our nonprofit startup and I love that allll of our agendas and minutes are in a centralized location, tied to a calendar, tied to attendees, tied to meeting names. Sure, you can create agendas and minutes in Google Docs or MS Word...good luck getting everyone to use a standard convention for naming and storing them. With Hugo, you don't have to worry about all of those little things. Also, the Hugo team is so responsive to feedback and any issues that arise. I am not one to write reviews for products, but I really love using Hugo and hope the product is around for the long haul so there you go, my first Product Hunt review 👍

BEST NOTE TAKING APP SO FAR!! - Using it from couple of months and their CS team is super amazing and always there to help. Love how they send those small vidyard videos to make it super convenient. I am also a fan of the pre-built in integrations - love that the setup is easy and that you have To-Do-ist and SFDC
