I run a customer success team for a startup and Hugo has helped us improve productivity and collaboration with the rest of the team. The integration to slack and salesforce means no one can say they don't know what was discussed in a meeting or call with a customer. Being able to set meeting templates allows me to set a new monthly agenda for our CS calls and improves our ability to promote new features and updates during our calls. Having calendar integration is HUGE! Being able to see your schedule and know if you have time to go over or if you have to cut it short is great! Heep it up Josh!

Hugo has been a game-changer for me and my clients! Instead of randomly scribbling notes on a post-it I always have Hugo open on my desktop. It's integrated with my calendar so it knows what meeting I'm in and I'm able to take notes that are now taggable and searchable. This has allowed me to send better, more detailed, proposals and actually has increased my conversion rate.

Have been using Hugo for a couple of weeks and it's totally transformed the efficiency of my client calls. The time I've had to spend getting notes organized previously is embarrassing, so having this nifty little tool keep everything in one place that I can share with my teammates, the client, and even the client's team has changed the game. The ability to create and assign ClickUp tasks from within the meeting notes has almost completely eliminated those ever-present accidentally dropped balls as well. The integration to post the meeting notes directly into Slack keeps the entire team in the loop and makes it convenient to discuss items with team members involved but not on a call. Our partner meetings are also now structured and we always know where to go to add topics to discuss next time we meet. I even used Hugo to organize the closing on my new home and make sure my husband knew everything he needed to have when he met me at that appointment without sending him text after text. Having the ability to check things off as they got handled made this usually stressful process so much easier. Also awarding bonus points for being able to setup rules to mute events because I do not need a meeting template for my son's school pick-up (at least not regularly, some days though...)
