So I've tested several similar products and Hugo stands out for its ease of use and for the forms feature which makes minute taking and feedback a breeze. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, low-cost solution. Besides this the team at Hugo want to know from you how they can improve the product which means I'm seen and I'm important even though I'm a relative nobody in the greater scheme of things!! I have loved using Hugo these past 4 months! It lets me feel like I can own my time and still stay in the loop if I can't make a meeting. The calendar feature has leveled that up exponentially! My fave feature is the loom embed for those TLDR meeting recaps. ❤️

Hugo is a great asset for people who spend a lot of time in meetings, particularly for folks like me working in Customer Success where we are constantly connecting different teams internally to get the right information to customers.
